Exhibitors staff their virtual stands from the comfort of their office, showroom, warehouse or even their living room. Delegates enter the virtual exhibition area of the event platform and view a list of exhibitors. Once they select the stand they wish to visit they have the opportunity to browse or download content, watch videos or have a virtual conversation with a specific exhibitor. Exhibitors will see a list of attendees in a queue and can schedule times to catch up via a video conversation which can be recorded for later review. Exhibitors will be able to share their screens or play videos to assist with product demonstrations in the one on one conversations.

After the sessions each day there will be a ‘virtual networking’ session where all attendees can meet with other professionals and exchange contact information. These are a very easy and fun way to connect and network with other attendees - just click join and engage in a video chat with a small group for a short preset amount of time.
Just like a live event, we are opening the virtual exhibition up for trade visitors to attend for free. So exhibitors will have access to a much wider audience in terms of numbers and geographic reach than just the conference attendees over the duration of the three days.
As with an in-person event, delegates are looking for contacts to meet with. The virtual meeting hub is where you can search for other attendees, request meetings in advance or engage in virtual conversations on the spot.
The meeting hub can be accessed before or after sessions, and is a great way for pro-active exhibitors to seek out attendees they want to connect with.
