About Odin PassOdin Pass started life as an iMOVE and Queensland government supported university-based Mobility as a Service trial in 2021. The trial has progressively expanded and since its inception it has provided over 70,000 mobility ‘bundles’ for over13.000 users across South East Queensland. This means more than 3 million trips booked and provided using the Odin Pass MaaS platform!
With the objective of testing out business models and appetite for different offerings, Odin Pass bundles have variously included integrated access to a range of transport options such as public transport, electric bikes, electric scooters, taxi’s, car-sharing and car subscriptions.
In addition to providing flexible transport options to university communities, the trial has also supported public events with a need to move people around effortlessly, including Brisbane Open House.
The trial has recovered over 90% of its transport costs and has illustrated that MaaS has a viable business model for particular user groups. It continues to increase our understanding of how to deliver successful MaaS products today, having recently expanded to the Gold Coast.

Happy travelling!
