This portal provides access to the available exhibition stands for the 2025 event.

• To secure a stand, click Create New Booking to set up an account and complete your booking.

$4,950 (inc GST) Standard Stand 3m x 2m
$5,750 (inc GST) Large Stand 3m x 3m

Inclusions:
- One (1) booth in the exhibition display area (shell scheme included).
- 2 exhibitor registrations including networking function (conference dinner tickets can be purchased at an additional cost)
- Organisation logo on the event website and hyperlink to organisation website
- Organisation logo, profile (100 words) and contact details in the Conference App
- Delegate list (name and institution) to be made available, as a PDF document, one (1) week, after the event (subject to the Privacy Act)

You may opt for ‘space only’ – the cost is the same and power and standard lights will be provided.
For booths built higher than 2.5m “Air Space”: rates will apply (“Air Space” is included for premium sponsors).

- Only Gold and Silver sponsors may have more than 2 booths.
