Welcome Reception

Please confirm your attendance at the welcome reception on 24 June (6.00pm to 8.00pm)

Accommodation

For your convenience, we have secured discounted accommodation rates at Rydges, Melbourne CBD. 

You will not be charged for the accommodation at the time of registration. The hotel will use the credit card provided to secure and finalise bookings according to their payment policies (links will appear below). 

Should you wish to book a specific room type or extend your stay, please email mialconference@nectarcc.com.au with your requirements and we can check availability with the hotel. 

You can add accommodation to your registration later but the room block is limited so to avoid disappointment we recommend you book now.

PAYMENT Guests credit cards will be charge in full 14 days prior to arrival. ON ARRIVAL Guests are required to provide a physical debit or credit card upon check in to cover incidentals. Digital Wallet payment methods such as Apple Pay and Google Pay are not supported at the Resort during check-in and check-out process. A $100.00 bond per night will be held against the card as a pre-authorisation. If a credit card cannot be supplied, then a $100 cash (or eftpos) bond per night will be required with photo identification. CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE 1.5% credit card surcharge will apply to all credit card payments CANCELLATION Before 24 May 2025 - Room can be cancelled without penalty. After 24 May 2025 - 100% cancellation fee will apply.
