Welcome to the delegate registration portal for the Greenlife Industry Conference 2025. The conference will be taking place from 19 to 21 February at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.  

This event will bring together growers, retailers, suppliers, state association members and other important stakeholders from around the country to strengthen and celebrate the Greenlife sector. 

 

Registering is simple! Just follow these four easy steps:

  1. Pick your conference ticket – Choose the ticket type that suits you best.
  2. Add your social function tickets – Don’t forget to grab a plus-one ticket if needed!
  3. Book the pre-conference nursery tour – Secure your spot for this special experience.
  4. Arrange your accommodation – Need a place to stay? Book it now to lock it in.

Please note:
  • The above registration fees are GST inclusive, a surcharge fee is applicable to payments made using a credit card.  
  • All full conference registrations are inclusive of the social functions.  
  • Nursery tours are additional and can be booked as part of the registration process. 
  • Additional dinner tickets are available to purchase for partners and colleagues during the registration process. 
  • Accommodation can be secured as part of the registration process.

Your first name, last name and organisation will be shared on the conference app. You will receive your login details to the app closer to the event to adjust your profile and set your sharing preferences.

Your personal data will be retained by us after the conclusion of this event and for promotion of any future Greenlife Industry Australia events.

Accommodation

​The Greenlife Industry Conference has secured discounted accommodation rates with a number of hotels in close proximity to the Brisbane Exhibition and Convention Centre. Conference delegates can take advantage of these rates by booking accommodation from the options in the listings below.

You will not be charged for the accommodation at the time of registration. Hotels will use the credit card provided to secure and finalise bookings according to their payment policies. Terms and conditions for each hotel are available from the links in the listings below. If you wish to make payment with a different credit card, please let us know in advance by sending a written request to conference@greenlifeindustry.com.au

You can add accommodation to your registration later but room blocks are limited so to avoid disappointment book now. Tick the No Accommodation Required checkbox to proceed to the next page of the form without accommodation.

PAYMENT Credit Card details are required as a guarantee at time of booking. Full pre-payment is required at time of arrival. Each room is required to provide a credit card security bond on arrival of $100.00 pre-authorised on a credit card. CANCELLATIONS Bookings cancelled more than 30 days prior to arrival: No cancellation fee will apply Bookings cancelled within 29 days prior to arrival: 1 night cancellation fee will apply Any no shows will be charged full cancellation fees. PARKING Valet parking is available to in-house guests at a charge of $55.00 per car per day. Parking is unable to be pre-booked and will be subject to availability on arrival. BREAKFAST Daily buffet breakfast is available onsite at the Bacchus Restaurant for an additional $39.00 per person upon consumption. Breakfast charges can be organised upon arrival.
