Welcome to the ESA 2025 Exhibitor portal

The industry exhibition will take place at the Adelaide Convention Centre, with exhibitors positioned in Foyer E and Riverbank Foyer, the central hub for all-day catering and delegate networking. The exhibition floorplan will be thoughtfully designed to allow seamless delegate movement, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement for exhibitors throughout

The exhibition floor plan is currently being finalised. Once released, booth allocations will be made on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend securing your booking early to have the best chance of selecting a preferred location.
