We ask for your personal data to facilitate your involvement in the Golden Target Award 2025. Your data may be shared with other organisations and third parties in order to process your involvement. This will include: 

  • Conference venue (in the instance of dietary and accessibility requirements)

HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data will be retained by us after the conclusion of this event and for promotion of any future CPRA events.

THE RIGHT TO WITHDRAW YOUR CONSENT

Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of the conference will incur full event cancellation and cancellation fees as per the registration terms and conditions.

Accommodation

The CPRA Golden Target Awards 2025 has secured discounted accommodation rates with a number of hotels in close proximity to the Event Venue including the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park. Registered attendees can take advantage of these rates by booking accommodation from the options in the listings below.

You will not be charged for the accommodation at the time of registration. Hotels will use the credit card provided to secure and finalise bookings according to their payment policies. Terms and conditions for each hotel are available from the links in the listings below. If you wish to make payment with a different credit card, please let us know in advance by sending a written request to goldentargetawards@nectarcc.com.au.

You can add accommodation to your registration later but room blocks are limited so to avoid disappointment book now. Tick the 'No Accommodation Required' checkbox to proceed to the next page of the form without accommodation.

If you wish to stay at the event venue, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, please use the dedicated ResLink provided at the end of the form, available once your registration is complete. Please chose 'No Accommodation Required' on this page.

PAYMENT Guests are required to provide credit card details to guarantee their booking, with a one-night deposit charged at the time of reservation. Full payment for accommodation is to be made upon arrival, and any incidental charges must be settled by guests at check-out CREDIT CARD SURCHARGE 1.2% for Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay, and American Express. 2.5% for Diners and JCB Cards. CANCELLATION For any booking that requires payment on check-in to the hotel, booking must be cancelled by 2:00 pm, 24 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation fee. Cancellations after this time or no-show are subject to a cancellation fee which will be charged to the credit card used to guarantee payment of your account. The cancellation fee is equal to the accommodation fee payable for 1 night of stay. A no-show is when you do not check-in on the night your booking is reserved for. PARKING Onsite parking is AU$55 per vehicle per night with unlimited entry and exit. Parking is subject to availability on arrival. The maximum vehicle height is 2.1m. INTERNET Complimentary Wi-Fi available for all guests.
