Overview

Organisations are struggling to keep up in the fast-paced ever changing world we live in.  We are concerned about the environment but this often gets overruled by day to day business pressures and concerns. The COVID-19 pandemic has amplified the importance of sustainable business practices not only for meeting emission reduction efficiency targets but also to build business resilience to protect against future disruption and meet consumer demand.

What's good for the planet is good for business

In this Masterclass Brad Jeavons will introduce proven techniques that can be used within a division or organisation as a whole to achieve simultaneous organisation and environmental improvement by every team member. The approach draws on best practices implemented by SA Partners within organisations such as Marks & Spencer, Tesco, Unilever, Priestly’s Gourmet Delights and others.

The approach is known as Learn or Agile and Green. It provides for a new way of thinking to boost improvement efforts and create a positively charged work environment – whilst contributing to the long-term well-being of the environment. In a nutshell, it’s doing a lot more with a lot less!
