Welcome to the Group Virtual Delegate Registration Portal for the AELERT 2024 Global Summit. 

The conference will be held at the voco Brisbane City Centre between the 6th - 8th of November 2024 , with the fully hybrid presentation offering registration options for both in-person and virtual delegates.

If you are registering 3 or more from the same organisation to attend the event virtually you can register them as a group using this portal. Please indicate below how many tickets you would like to purchase and enter the names of the attendees.  Please note that each delegate needs a unique email address to receive their personalised link for virtual viewing and access to the platform.

YOUR CONTACT DETAILS IN THE ATTENDEE APP

Your First Name, Last Name and Organisation will be shared on the conference app. You will receive your login details to the app closer to the event to adjust your profile and set your sharing preferences.

 

HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data will be retained by us after the conclusion of this event and for promotion of any future AELERT events.

Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of the conference will incur full event cancellation and cancellation fees as per the registration terms and conditions.
