Welcome to the Group Delegate Registration Portal for the AELERT 2024 Global Summit. 

The conference will be held at the voco Brisbane City Centre between the 6th - 8th of November 2024 , with the fully hybrid presentation offering registration options for both in-person and virtual delegates.

If you are registering 3 or more from the same organisation to attend the event in person in Brisbane, you are entitled to the special group rate. Please indicate below how many tickets you would like to purchase and enter the names of the attendees. 

Delegate names can be provided closer to the event. If you do not have this information available at the time of registration, please complete the delegate names as TBC 1, TBC 2, TBC 3 etc. If you require further assistance please contact our events team via email aelert@nectarcc.com.au or 1300 878 815.

Your First Name, Last Name and Organisation will be shared on the conference app. You will receive your login details to the app closer to the event to adjust your profile and set your sharing preferences.

Accommodation

​The AELERT 2024 Global Summit has secured discounted accommodation rates with a number of hotels in close proximity to voco Brisbane City Centre. Conference Delegates can take advantage of these rates by booking accommodation from the options in the listings below.

You will not be charged for the accommodation at the time of registration. Hotels will use the credit card provided to secure and finalise bookings according to their payment policies. Terms and conditions for each hotel are available from the links in the listings below. If you wish to make payment with a different credit card, please let us know in advance by sending a written request to aelert@nectarcc.com.au

You can add accommodation to your registration later but room blocks are limited so to avoid disappointment book now. Tick the No Accommodation Required checkbox to proceed to the next page of the form without accommodation.

Adina Apartment Hotel Brisbane
