Welcome to the Australasian Cemetery and Crematoria 36th Annual Conference 2025 registration for delegates.

This year's Annual Conference will be held from Sunday 14th September - Wednesday 17th September 2025

 

 

The above registration fees are GST inclusive. Please note, a surcharge fee is applicable to payments made using a credit card.

 

All registration tickets are inclusive of the Welcome Drinks on Sunday 14th September

Full conference tickets are inclusive of the Conference Dinner on Tuesday 16th September.

Additional Conference Dinner tickets can be purchased later in the registration form.

Optional Tours

Macarthur Park Tour

 

Join us for a relaxed afternoon exploring the beautiful Macarthur Park. The bus will depart from the hotel between 12:15 PM and 12:30 PM, with an expected arrival at the park by 1:30 PM. Enjoy time to explore, unwind, or connect with fellow attendees before returning to the hotel by 5:00 PM.

There is no maximum capacity and no additional cost to attend – simply indicate your interest

Royal Botanical Garden Tour

Start your day with a tranquil guided tour of the Royal Botanic Garden. The tour departs from the hotel at approximately 7:00 AM and concludes around 9:00 AM, offering a great way to begin your conference day.

Spaces are limited to 50 participants, and there is no additional charge – be sure to register early to secure your spot!

Sydney Harbour Bridge Climb

Climb the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge to experience the world renowned views of Sydney Harbour.   We have secured a limited number of tickets for a bridgeclimb as part of the conference, to secure your spot you'll need to complete this form and pay.

Health & Safety Declaration Forms

Please note all climbers must complete the Health & Safety Declaration form before climbing. We will email you a link to complete the on-line forms in advance.  You can complete the form when you arrive at BridgeClimb on the day, however you will need to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your climb time to allow enough time to do this.
