This exhibitor information has been prepared to assist you with your preparations for this year conference. It is important that you read all material provided to ensure a smooth entry into the venue and in order to maximise your investment at this meeting.

If you are interested in booking a trade exhibition booth or trestle table, please click on the 'Create New Booking' button at the bottomof the page to create a new account.

Standard Rate: AUD $3,680.00 Inc. GST (inc One Full Registration)

 

Details of Booth Shell Scheme

  • Booth Size: 3.0m x 2.0m
  • Walls: White walls,2.5m high
  • Fascia: Anodised aluminium frame with insert
  • Signage: White sign with black lettering per aisle frontage
  • Furniture: One trestle table (1.8m) & Two chairs
  • Lighting: 1 x LED arm light installed on the top of the back wall to illuminate your booth
  • Power: 1 x 4-amp power point per exhibitor
  • Carpet: Venue flooring
  • Furniture Package: None included
  • Additional Furniture: All additional furniture must be pre-approved by the ACCA Secretariat prior to hiring

*Options for double booth purchase are available.  We are also happy to discuss customisation options

All exhibition booths will be installed and removed by Moreton Hire.

 

TRESTLE TABLE DETAILS:
INVESTMENT: 

Standard Rate: AUD $2,415.00 Inc. GST (inc One Full Registration)

  • Dimensions: One trestle table (1.8 metres)
  • Signage: Provided on all tables
  • Lighting: As per room, unless otherwise requested
  • Power: Limited options available, please discuss with ACCA
  • Included Furniture: One table @ 1.8m and two chairs
  • Additional Furniture: To be sourced through Moreton Hire
  • All additional Furniture: Must be pre-approved by the ACCA Secretariat prior to hire
