  • Conference venue (in the instance of dietary and accessibility requirements)

  • Stripe payment gateway 

  • Microsoft Azure 

 

YOUR CONTACT DETAILS IN THE ATTENDEE APP

Your First Name, Last Name and Organisation will be shared on the conference app. You will receive your login details to the app closer to the event to adjust your profile and set your sharing preferences.

 

HOW LONG WILL WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

Your personal data will be retained by us after the conclusion of this event and for promotion of any future AUSTROADS events.

You retain the right to withdraw consent to use your personal data at any time.

Please be aware that a withdrawal of consent before the start of the conference will incur full event cancellation and cancellation fees as per the registration terms and conditions.

  • The above registration fees are GST inclusive. A surcharge fee is applicable to payments made using a credit card
  • All full conference registrations are inclusive of the social functions. Additional tickets to the Awards Dinner are available for purchase
  • Single Day registrations are inclusive of the Welcome Function but not the Awards Dinner. Single Day delegate and guest tickets are available for purchase
  • Accommodation can be secured as part of the registration process

Women in Engineering Networking Event

Date: Wednesday 25th June, 2025

Time:  6:00 - 8:00 pm  

Location: Royal International Convention Centre

Details: Join us for an empowering evening of networking and inspiration where you will hear from industry leaders and be able to connect with like-minded professionals. This is your chance to connect, learn, and celebrate the power of women in engineering.

There is no additional cost for this function, all conference attendees are welcome. Tickets are limited! To assist with catering please indicate if you are going to attend below. 

 

Accommodation

The Austroads Bridge Conference has secured discounted accommodation rates with a number of hotels located close to the Royal International Convention Centre.
